Free Shipping: Curbside delivery is free. Larger items may be delivered on a pallet or in a crate. If you need for this item to be placed inside your home and the packing materials discarded, please select the White Glove option.
Shipping Times: In stock decor and smaller furniture pieces typically ship within one week while larger furniture that must ship with a freight carrier typically ship within one to two weeks. Once an item ships, transit times for furniture items are typically 5 - 10 business days depending upon the delivery location. Smaller furniture pieces and decor typically ship via Fedex or UPS Ground and transit times are typically 3 - 5 business days.
Damages: While damages are rare, they do occur occasionally. Please inspect your item upon delivery. If an item is damaged, please note this on the delivery receipt and do not accept the item. Please take photos of any damage the day of delivery and email them to Belle Escape customer service: firstname.lastname@example.org. Your item will be replaced or repaired as quickly as possible.
Returns: Most items can be returned. Please notify us immediately of your intention to return an item. For some items, you will receive a return shipping label while others you can ship back yourself with a return authorization number. You will be responsible for covering return shipping and the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund (while shipping costs are included in your product price, there is a cost to get an item to you. That exact shipping cost will be deducted). Most manufacturers require 20% restocking fee which will also be deducted from your refund. Please note that the color of an item may vary on your screen. If you choose to return an item due to the color, you will be liable for outbound and return shipping costs, plus a restocking fee of 20%. We do not accept returns from Canada due to the high cost of customs and return shipping fees, so please keep this in mind before making a purchase. However, if an item arrives damaged, you must inspect it upon delivery, take pictures of the damaged item and refuse delivery with the carrier so that we can file a claim.
